The Mobile Asphalt Recycler has numerous advantages; basically, this is because the Asphalt Recycler mixes on site; reducing transport costs and disruption to the public highway.

The Asphalt Recycler recycles 100% of breakout material which allows the breakout material to be used as a high quality product for the base in footway and pavement renewal schemes.

The burner also uses bio fuel and is clean burning.

Also recycled LDPE plastics can be used as a rejuvenator instead of the normal additive of Bitumen 200PEN, LDPE is easily sourced from milk cartons etc.
